The project, implemented in partnership with Madarat Cultural Organization, intends to develop research-based local public policy papers to improve the status of artists and their social and economic rights, mainly focusing on two aspects: the enhancement of respect and acceptance of artists and traditionally non-socially acceptable art fields, and the enhancement and enforcement of contractual agreements with creative and cultural practitioners. The project focuses on the two culturally active provinces of Hadramout and Aden.
