The objective of the project, implemented in partnership with the National Arts Council of Namibia, is to develop regulations for the National Arts Fund Act (Act 1 of 2005) in order to ensure legal compliance and the Gazetting of the Act. This draft regulation will not only ensure the registration of people in the arts and creative industry, but will also ensure that artists are supported through decent work.
