The objective of the project, implemented in partnership with the Cultural Institute of the Province of Buenos Aires, is to create an observatory to monitor and gather data on cultural and creative industries in the province of Buenos Aires to support the design of regulatory frameworks to strengthen creative sectors as well as the status of artists and cultural workers, paying specific attention to gender equality, and the cultural rights of vulnerable groups.
