In this document, we discuss several strategies that enable schools to undertake socio-emotional learning from an institutional perspective. To achieve this, it is essential to build a vision shared by all members of the community, create spaces for dialogue and collective reflection, develop an action plan, and establish a school culture that aligns with these goals.
