This study is part of the regional component of the Multi-Year Programme of Education Cannot Wait. Its aim is to identify the necessary requirements to develop a mechanism that enables the tracking of students on the move between countries in the region, describe the current state of these requirements in selected countries, and propose concrete actions to make their implementation feasible.
