The GEM Report's Director Manos Antoninis will feature in a panel discussion exploring how integrating sustainability principles within education systems can foster both environmental stewardship and economic development. Manos' inputs will draw upon analysis from the GEM Report's recent policy paper on education and climate change Learning to act for people and planet. The paper explores how education systems can prepare individuals for emerging green industries and jobs in sustainability and environmental protection and support progress towards the SDGs; and strategies for embedding sustainability into curricula and teaching practices, aiming to build a more sustainable future for all.
