The project, implemented in partnership with Culture-Developpement (Cul.Dev), aims to train artists from all categories and artistic disciplines across the 117 municipalities of Togo, in both French and local languages, to enable them to understand and take ownership of Law 2016-012, concerning the status of the artist and its implementing decree, Decree 2017-038/PR, to empower them to fully exercise and enjoy their rights.
