Luc is an international expert in cultural and creative industries, with a specific expertise on incubation projects for cultural businesses. As such, he has intervened as advisor in multiple projects on the cultural and creative industries, which brought him to countries in Central and West Africa (Burundi, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Rwanda). Luc also has a specialization in the music sub-sector and the performing arts. In addition to the technical advisory services, Luc teaches various disciplines in the arts and culture sector at universities, including the University Gaston Berger of St Louis, Senegal Talent Campus in Senegal, ACF Academy (African Culture Fund Academy) and IKAM (Institut Koré des Arts et Métiers) in Mali, as well as programmes at the Senghor University in Alexandria, Egypt. Luc has a degree in economics.
