Mr Max Mugaba is the Lead Promoter and founder of Entertainment Republic, a dynamic arts company focused on music. He is also the Co-Founder of Legacy Music Group Africa, a record label with focus on the Southern Africa talent pool, and a consultant for Triplife records, a hip-hop oriented record label. Mr Mugaba is the founder of May 7 Entertainment, a bespoke turn-key live events production company, and a member of the Talent Liaison and Development Committee for All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA). Mr Mugaba is passionate about music and the advancement of music practitioners in Southern Africa. Having been involved in the music industry since 2005, he has had the privilege to work with and promote big name artists such as the late Dr Oliver Mtukudzi, Thomas Mapfumo, Winky D, King 98 from Zimbabwe, Zahara from South Africa, Tarrus Riley from Jamaica, and Jidenna from the United States and Nigeria.
