Mr Rogelio Hermenegildo García is Director of Social Communication and Liaison, as well as the head of the Transparency Unit at the National Institute of Indigenous Languages (INALI) of Mexico. He was Director of Media Contact at the Federal Prosecutor's Office for Consumers (Profeco). He has been the host of the radio programme Los Guardavoces for eight years, which is broadcasted every Wednesday from 12:00 to 13:00, on 660 AM. He holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Universidad Anáhuac and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication from UNAM. He also holds various diplomas, among which: Social Communication from the Iberoamerican University, Public Policies and Public Management from the Anahuac University, and took part in the workshop “The usefulness of Radio” organized by the Association of Radio Broadcasters of the Valley of Mexico. He also holds a speaker's certificate.
