Tojo Yharimanana is a sociologist and international consultant in socio-economics. She is also a specialist in employment and research and a teacher at the University of Antananarivo. In addition to these occupations, she is also a writer, director and costume designer. In her 15 years of experience, she has worked in a variety of fields, including employment, culture, research, skills development, communication and governance in various productive and social sectors. At national and international level, she has provided technical assistance to countries in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development policies, programmes and projects. She has coordinated partnerships and administered socio-cultural organisations for various projects in Africa... Tojo Yharimanana is a member of the 2005 Expert Facility since 2012 and most recently, she contributed to Madagascar’s 2005 Convention Quadrennial Periodic Report, and Gabon’s national strategy on cultural and creative industries. Tojo graduated in Sociology at the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
