Ms. Tricia Lawrence Powell has over 20 years of experience in information management, audit and the compliance field. She has held several roles that provide advice to government, council, consortium and or associations. This included, but is not limited to, Delegate at large for OCLC, advocacy chair for the Library and Information Association of Jamaica, advisor to Archives Advisory Committee Jamaica, Secretary Research of the sub–Committee EU/UNESCO Jamaica Creative Economy Act project. Her passion also includes the legal and regulatory environment as well as project management and process improvement.
