Description of the policy/measure
Capacity building and training on arts, painting, pottery production, dance, and traditional performing arts are programed in the youth centre of manatuto. strengthening the youth participation on creative industry is one of the program of youth centre, in order to be able on extending and creates creative innovation for the potential cultural transformation to the economical income in sustaining the needs.
