Description of the policy/measure
The plan has set out to prepare a working agenda, which will define its objectives, strategies, targets and results, giving priority to joint actions of border municipalities of both countries and draw up and develop the organizational and legal structures of the new binational body by establishing its mission, statutes, budget, operating regulations and scope.Â
