Description of the policy/measure
During the 3 years period of the funding, the following targets have to be met:Â the number of registered members with rsau has to reach 1000 artists; the collection of royalties from copyright users must have started; reciprocal agreements with sister societies must have been signed and; royalties distributed to copyright owners at least once.
