Las mesas tecnicas de cultura son espacios de dialogo y de construccion participativa con los diversos sectores culturales de nuestro pais, que la secretaria nacional de cultura (snc), en el marco de sus funciones establecidas en la ley nacional de cultura, nº 3051/06, art. 8, inc. d) “establecer mecanismos de comunicacion, consulta y concertacion con diferentes sectores de la sociedad en lo relativo a la gestion cultural y, especificamente, a la formulacion de las politicas culturales”; viene implementando desde hace unos anos en los sectores del libro, artes escenicas, musica, afrodescendientes, y en este periodo se han conformado ademas, las mesas tecnicas de artes visuales, y de cultura viva comunitaria. las cuales se encuentran activas y estan integradas por representantes de la snc, del consejo nacional de cultura (concultura) y actualmente por 46 (cuarenta y seis) asociaciones, organizaciones y gremios sin fines de lucro de los diversos sectores culturales, de distintos territorios a nivel nacional. en el contexto actual de pandemia, la secretaria nacional de cultura (snc) ha realizado una convocatoria abierta, a traves de los medios digitales institucionales, para integrar las mesas tecnicas de cultura a asociaciones, organizaciones y gremios sin fines de lucro, y legalmente constituidos de todo el pais, como mecanismo que garantice la igualdad de condiciones para todos los interesados en participar. las mesas tecnicas de cultura, representan una instancia fundamental para la snc, como herramienta de participacion ciudadana para la construccion de politicas publicas de los diferentes sectores, garantizando los derechos culturales, el respeto de la diversidad cultural y el fomento de los procesos culturales a nivel nacional. the technical tables of culture are spaces for dialogue and participatory construction with the various cultural sectors of our country, which the national secretariat of culture (snc), within the framework of its functions established in the national law of culture, no. 3051/06 , art. 8, inc. d) “establish mechanisms for communication, consultation and consultation with different sectors of society in relation to cultural management and, specifically, the formulation of cultural policies”; it has been implementing for a few years in the sectors of book, performing arts, music, afro-descendants, and in this period, technical tables for visual arts and community living culture have also been formed. which are active and are made up of representatives of the snc, the national council of culture (concultura) and currently 46 (forty-six) associations, organizations and non-profit unions from the various cultural sectors, from different territories to nacional level. in the current context of pandemic, the national secretary of culture (snc) has made an open call, through institutional digital media, to integrate the technical tables of culture to non-profit associations, organizations and unions, and legally constituted throughout the country, as a mechanism that guarantees equal conditions for all those interested in participating. the technical tables of culture represent a fundamental instance for the snc, as a tool for citizen participation for the construction of public policies of the different sectors, guaranteeing cultural rights, respect for cultural diversity and the promotion of cultural processes at the level national.
