Description of the policy/measure
The dream project in developing countries first took place in 2013. its objective is to expand cultural diversity by sending professionals in culture and arts to developing countries to conduct arts and culture education for youths in these countries. thirty-two people were sent to india, bangladesh, and sri lanka in 2013.Â
