Description of the policy/measure
The programme (2015-2018) is implemented as part of the eastern partnership culture programme ii, funded under the european neighbourhood instrument. the programme is aimed at supporting culture and creativity sector, conducting practical research, encouraging new strategies and reforms, providing trainings for the modernization of the cultural sector, offering opportunities for international cultural cooperation and increasing understanding of the role of culture in social and economic development.
