Description of the policy/measure

Each party to the agreement makes general commitments to encourage co-operative activities and the sharing of information in the areas of the arts, culture, heritage, sport, archives, broadcasting and tourism.  a number of scientific, educational cultural and sporting exchanges and events take place under the umbrella of cultural agreements.
