Description of the policy/measure

Ministry of information (moin) will pursue 3 prioritized policies:- expanding the delivery of quality information, educational and entertaining programs to 85-95% population in the country.- encouraging use of press freedom and freedom of expression such that it is in line with the principles of a pluralistic democracy, the rule of law, and protection of human rights and dignity.- contributing to preserving and upholding the culture and tradition to enhance national identity and the prestige of the country in the international arena.notably, within film department there is a procedure for film-makers to obtain licence to shoot, and later licence to broadcast and project their movies.
