Description of the policy/measure

Addressing a decrease in the total female enrollment rates in education, according to the planned stages: * in the relief phase: raising the female-to-male ratio from 87% at all educational levels to 90%. * in the recovery phase: raising the female-to-male ratio to 94% at all levels of education. * in the restarting phase: raising the female-to-male ratio to 96% at all levels of education. * in the sustainability phase: raising the female-to-male ratio to 100% at all levels of education.
