Description of the policy/measure
The law has introduced resale rights in section 9 a (i) that reads "right to benefit from re-sale" this identifies the right to artists to benefit from resale of their works. creators / artist to enjoy the rights to any sale of work subsequent to the first transfer of their work. to improve social economic status as the creators / artist to promote and advertise tanzania culture
