Description of the policy/measure
Cycle of workshops on the management of cultural projects, organised by the coordination centre for international collaboration on culture and the national training centre for culture, in coordination with the cultural office of the spanish embassy in cuba.participation of teachers in the provincial training centres for culture in every province and the special municipality of the isle of youth.

Preparation of teachers in the evaluation of cultural projects.capacity-building of 4,000 social actors engaged in cultural development strategies.support for the training of trainers project of the corazon adentro culture mission programme in the bolivarian republic of venezuela.in the 2013-2015 period three workshops were conducted in all cuban provinces. ten professionals trained in these workshops contributed with their knowledge to the training of trainers project in 8 states in the bolivarian republic of venezuela.
Evaluation of the policy/measure
These spaces for exchange have promoted and strengthened the expertise of our specialists in the management of cultural projects, enabling them to receive additional practice and know-how in this field and convey the experience and accumulated knowledge acquired in this exercise in our country.
