Call for Proposals: Maintenance and Management of Digital Platforms
UNESCO is seeking a contractor to manage and maintain websites, mobile apps, and chatbots.

UNESCO is seeking a company to provide comprehensive maintenance and management of websites and mobile applications, and chatbots to ensure optimal performance and security. The contractor will specifically perform the following tasks:
1.Web Server Management
- Manage AWS infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize performance of AWS services.
- Cost optimization of AWS services.
- Design and implement security policies for AWS resources.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AWS services
- Automate processes related to AWS infrastructure management
- Monitor usage trends of AWS services
- Disaster Recovery Planning
- Backups:
- 24/7 technical support
2. Payment and management of the following web-based services
- Amazon web server: Houses O3 Programme digital assets
- Wix : O3 Flagship website
- GupShup Messaging; Digital Ocean Server: Dzidzo paDen WhatsApp chatbot
- Pathwright LMS : CSE Course for Teachers :Learning Management System for the CSE Course for Teachers
- Flickr Account: Image Database
- Articulate 360: Course authoring software
- Wordly: AI Translation for webinars
- Mentimeter: Interactive exercises for webinars
- Arist: microlearning platform service provider
3. Deliverables
- Monthly reports for the Web Server Management (WSM)
- Proof of payments for the paid UNESCO EHW Web Servers (WS)
Submission of Proposals
- Required Portfolio Documentation
- The company must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating their capability to perform the required services, including: 路
- Previous web server management projects and refences (particularly those involving AWS infrastructure)
- CVs of key team members highlighting relevant qualifications and certifications in web server management, AWS administration, and cybersecurity
- Company profile detailing years of experience in managing similar infrastructure and services
