Mr. Hubert Gijzen discusses Green Schools with Korean Broadcasting Corporation

Jakarta, Indonesia -- On Tuesday 3 September 2013, the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) conducted an interview with UNESCO Jakarta Director and Representative Hubert J. Gijzen.

Mr. Gijzen spoke about the KOICA funded 'Green Schools Action Project' that piloted climate change education activities in 20 schools in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province.  The interview was conducted as part of a larger project to promote KOICA-funded activities across Indonesia. In his interview, Mr. Gijzen discussed the Green Schools project, individual school activities and the potential for future climate change programmes in Indonesia.
