Qadisha/ meeting CANCELLED – Friday 20 March 2020
Dear potential bidders,
Thank you for your interest in the invitation to bid related to the “ Rehabilitation and Valorization of Wadi Qadisha- Package 1 – Hasroun Trail & Mar Assia Church Ref. BEI/CLT/ITB 1-2020”
Due to the actual COVID-19 outbreak precautionary matters and in line with the latest decision by the Lebanese Government announcing a national state of health emergency, kindly note that the clarification meeting that was announced in the Annex II-BID DATA SHEET- Article 15, scheduled on Friday 20 March 2020 at 10:00 AM at UNESCO Beirut Office is CANCELLED
According to Annex I- INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS, article 7, please send any clarification of the Solicitation Documents by email to UNESCO in writing. The response will be made in writing too, to any request for clarification of the Solicitation Documents that it receives earlier than two weeks prior to the Deadline for the Submission of Bids i.eby 23 March 2020 @ 3pm at the latest. Written copies of the response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective Bidders that received the Solicitation Documents.
All communication connected with this Bid must be directed exclusively to the UNESCO person identified as the contact person in the Bid Data Sheet procurement.bei@unesco.org with copy to beirut@unesco.org
