Request for Proposal: Coordination Agency for HP Futures Project in Himachal Pradesh

You are invited to submit a proposal to serve as the coordination agency for the implementation of the HP FUTURES project in Himachal Pradesh, India, in accordance with the present solicitation document.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of a cover page (as seen in the solicitation document) and the following Annexes:

To ensure that potential vendors provide relevant information for evaluating the best value for money, this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks a contractor serve as the coordination agency for the implementation of the HP FUTURES project in Himachal Pradesh, India. The selected agency will be responsible for supporting coordination, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, logistical arrangements, and monitoring across the project’s three pillars: Competency-Based Education (CBE) for 21st-century skills, values education through sports, and greening education.
Vendors are requested to submit comprehensive technical and financial proposals outlining their qualifications, proposed methodology, resource planning, and detailed pricing. Proposals should clearly demonstrate experience in large-scale project implementation, teacher training, logistical coordination, and participatory stakeholder engagement. A strong understanding of the educational landscape in Himachal Pradesh is highly desirable.
