About #SOYPARTE

The project worked on different levels of capacity development. At the individual level, to achieve understanding, commitment, and empowerment of young people; on the organizational side, to strengthen organizational processes that contribute to promoting communication, dialogue, incidence, negotiation, and the construction of projects for the benefit of the organizations; also, for the good of communities and the environment.

In the same way, we worked in the institutional sphere to influence public policies and put youth on the work agendas of local governments. In the community, we contribute to improve the conditions in their living spaces, both in relations and the culture of peace and in responsible work with the environment.

Before the project, the youth of Jiquilisco and Tecoluca not socialize with each other. They would never have thought of formulating projects together. SOY PARTE came to transform these dynamics and create coordinated work between the municipalities of both places.
