Submit a Bid for Renovation Work at UNESCO New Delhi
Contractors are invited to submit a bid for Renovation of Security Guard room and other works at UNESCO New Delhi as per detailed BOQ and design provided below in accordance with Universal Accessibility Standards in India and in accordance with the present solicitation document.
The Invitation to Bid (ITB) consists of cover page and the following Annexes:
- Annex I: Instructions to Bidders
- Annex II: Bid Data Sheet
- Annex III: Bid Submission Form
- Annex IV: Bidder Information Form
- Annex V: General Terms and Conditions for large scale works
- Annex VI: Bills of Quantities
- Annex VII: Price Schedule Form
- Annex VIII: Drawings (if applicable)
- Annex IX: Special Contract Conditions [if applicable]
An electronic bid, submitted by email should reach exclusively the following address no later than 09 November 2023, 14:00 hrs IST.
Email Address: procurement.ndl@unesco.org without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.
Offers addressed at any other e-mail accounts will be disqualified.
Corresponding email subject line should be named as follows: ADM-ITB/NDL/Renovation of Security Guard room and civil/ modification works at UNESCO- 2230855121. The attachments should also show the name of bidder (to be noted that all files together not to exceed 10 MB or it will not be delivered.
