UNESCO and UNDP extend their call for proposals for a Guide on Internet and Elections

UNESCO, in partnership with UNDP, launches a to develop a Guide for Electoral Practitioners, focusing on Internet and Elections, and in particular, on how social media, social messaging, and AI are impacting information flows during elections, and what different actors can do to ensure electoral integrity.
Interested experts, researchers, institutions, research consortiums and organizations are invited to consult the details description of the call here and to submit their proposals before noon (CET), 31 March 2019. Proposals should include a detailed description of the methodology for the development of the Guide, timeline and the requested funding in US$ with a budget breakdown.
