UNESCO in coordination with the Ministry of Education in Kurdistan Region of Iraq, provides sterilizing materials for students during the examination period to contain the spread of COVID-19. There are 2,375 exam centers hosting 154,414 Grade 12 students in Dohuk, Erbil and Suleimaniyah.
This activity is funded by the EU under 鈥淎ccess to Inclusive Quality Primary and Secondary Education for Refugees, IDPs, Returnees and Remainees in Crisis Affected Areas in Iraq鈥 project and has been implemented by Wadi Organization.
