UNESCO regrets the murder of a professor in São Paulo

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) deeply regrets the attack that took place this Monday (27 March) at the Thomazia Montoro State School, in the Vila Sônia neighbourhood, in the city of São Paulo (SP). ), which resulted in the death of biology teacher Elisabeth Tenreiro and left three other teachers and two students seriously injured.
As the main foundation of its mandate, 91Âé¶¹¹ú²ú¾«Æ·×ÔÅÄ promoted a culture of peace. This value requires everyone to commit to respecting diversity, dialogue, solidarity, and education development.
