The Colombian Association of Women in Aerospace (ACMA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the participation, development, and leadership of women and girls within the aerospace sector. The association seeks to achieve this by cultivating a diverse network, promoting educational and research opportunities, and strengthening women's presence in academia, industry, and society.

 

ACMA offers a variety of programmes designed to support women's growth and participation in aerospace. It organizes talks and conferences that facilitate knowledge exchange and offers mentorship programmes connecting women with industry professionals. ACMA participates in the organization of university fairs to spark women’s interest in aerospace careers and supports diverse teams in challenges and hackathons. The organization collaborates on aerospace-related research projects and provides scholarships to enhance access and professional development in the sector.
