I am an academic and the cofounder of the international organization Women in AI. The mission of Women in AI is to reduce the gender gap in the field of AI via education, research and networking. My research is in Human-Machine Interaction, AI and social robotics with the main focus on applications in education and healthcare. I am also an expert in AI bias and ethics. My expertise is in research on the topic and through my work in Women in AI. I have served on multiple committees on AI ethics. I am also a keynote speaker on AI.
