Germán López Ardila is a lawyer, lecturer, and advocate on Internet governance, cybersecurity, and AI policy. He works as Vice President of the Colombian Chamber of IT and Telecoms. He lectures on tech policy and governance in Colombia and Chile. He was Vice President of the Colombian Legal Tech Association. He was part of the Latin American Leadership Program at Georgetown University. He has been fellow at Internet Society, LACNIC, the Institute of Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro, the Latin American Center for Telecom Studies, the Open Internet for Democracy Initiative and EU CyberNet and CyberDirect.
