Keolebogile Rantsetse is a technology enthusiast, academic and researcher who is highly motivated and result-driven. She has over 16 years of experience in academics and research with a focus on Information Technology Law, Information Technology Ethics, Internet and Web Technologies as well as Information Security. Keolebogile has a strong understanding of policy planning and implementation and has worked on UNESCO¡¯s Recommendations on Ethics of Artificial Intelligence research project. She also successfully conducted a study on the needs of Internet Protocol (IP) resources in Africa particularly in Botswana with an aim to depict the local needs and demands for IP resources.
