Jen is currently working for Abbott as a Principal Human Factors Engineer for the Cardiovascular Division (Electrophysiology). Prior to Abbott, Jen was the Sr. Director for Product Experience Research at Teladoc Health (2022-2025) and was the Director for Product Research at Best Buy leading omnichannel customer & employee experiences across digital and physical environments (2019-2022). She earned her PhD in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA in 2015. She was born and raised in the Philippines.
