Elizabeth is an internationally renowned privacy expert, lawyer, researcher, and author focused on the ethical and human rights implications of new and advanced technologies, specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital identity. She is a senior research associate at Oxford¡¯s Institute for Ethics in AI, senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, guest editor on Responsible AI at MIT Sloan Management Review, and the author of Beyond Data: Reclaiming Human Rights at the Dawn of the Metaverse (MIT Press).
