Professional background
Co-founder of Foresight and Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University. I hold an M.Sc. in System Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. I have worked on implementing the RAM in Chile, Dominican Republic, and Cuba. I worked at the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Economy in Chile, where I led the creation of the Chilean AI Policy and the Future and Social Adoption of Technology Unit.
