Examples of inclusive practices in Open Access Publishing
Inclusive open access practices from around the world have been collected in a dedicated 'living list' of examples, hosted by the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA). OASPA is a diverse community of organisations engaged in open scholarship.
Many examples demonstrate practices that are recommended by OASPA under the following goals:
Goal #1: Enabling open access for all scholars
Goal #2: Evolving pricing, purchasing, funding and investment practices
Goal #3: Transparency
Goal #4: Reducing barriers and burdens in open access workflows
Examples also connect with headline goals under OASPA¡¯s recommended practices to address financial and workflow barriers to open access publishing.
OASPA welcomes input from any organisation involved with or interested in open access.
