ЮНЕСКО запускает проект по STEM- и VET-образованию с использованием ИКТ в Таджикистане

Таджикистан приложил значительные усилия для обеспечения всеобщего доступа к образованию и твердо намерен в соответствии с Целью устойчивого развития 4 (ЦУР 4) обеспечить качественное и доступное образование для всех на протяжении всей жизни, обеспечить экономику страны компетентными кадрами, соответствующей инфраструктурой, современными и инновационными технологии.
Для поддержки Таджикистана в достижении ЦУР 4 и реализации недавно принятой Национальной стратегии развития образования на период до 2030 г. проект, финансируемый ЕС, рассчитан на четыре года и направлен на разработку учебников, методических и учебных материалов по отдельным предметам STEM (наука, технологии, техника и математика) на основе компетентностных учебных программ на уровне среднего образования и на разработку национальных стандартов ИКТ-компетентности для учителей.
Ожидаемые результаты проекта:
- Повышение доступности учебников, как открытых ресурсов, в том числе учебно-методических материалов по предметам STEM на основе компетентностно-ориентированных учебных программ для 7-11 классов
- Укрепление потенциала преподавателей, наставников и тренеров, работающих по совместительству, для обучения преподавателей новым методам обучения с учетом гендерных особенностей и предметам STEM
- Развитие потенциала преподавателей по использованию компетентностно-ориентированных учебных программ, методических и учебных материалов по предметам STEM на уровне среднего образования и VET
- Повышение ИКТ-компетентности преподавателей средних школ и VET
- Укрепление потенциала центров подготовки преподавателей (TTCs), работающих по совместительству, на уровне среднего и высшего профессионального образования в области использования STEM и лабораторного оборудования в учебном процессе
2. Developing new gender responsive textbooks on STEM (chemistry, biology and physics) subjects for grades 7-11th grades
On 11 October 2024, a Technical Working Group (WG) meeting was held to review instruments for piloting STEM textbooks and teaching materials. The session focused on evaluating and refining the tools used for piloting STEM resources to ensure their effectiveness in improving education. Technical working group dedicated to the development of textbooks and educational materials
From 1 to 5 November 2024, a Technical Working Group (WG) meeting focused on the development of textbooks and educational materials. The WG worked collaboratively to design and refine textbooks and materials that align with modern educational standards and STEM curriculum goals. National Workshop on Science Subject Standards Revision
From 23 to 26 April 2024, 40 education specialists participated in the National Workshop on Science Subject Standards Revision in Dushanbe. The event focused on revising science subject standards to enhance the quality of education and align it with modern competency-based approaches. Participants worked collaboratively to ensure the updated standards meet the evolving needs of students and educators. National Workshop on Developing STEM Textbooks and Teaching and learning materials
From 15 to 18 July 2024, 45 education specialists participated in the National Workshop on Developing STEM Textbooks and Teaching and Learning Materials in Dushanbe. The event focused on developing high-quality STEM resources to enhance teaching and learning. Participants collaborated to create materials that will support effective and engaging STEM education for students across Tajikistan. The workshop also emphasized the importance of aligning these resources with modern educational standards and integrating ICT tools. Training on Gender-Responsive STEM Pedagogy
From 20 to 22 September 2024, 54 education specialists participated in a training on gender-responsive STEM pedagogy, learning, teaching, and assessment for trainers and teachers responsible for piloting STEM textbooks and TLMs in Tajikistan. The event focused on equipping educators with the skills and knowledge to integrate gender-responsive approaches into STEM education. By doing so, the training aimed to promote inclusive learning environments and enhance the effectiveness of STEM teaching and assessment. The session also emphasized strategies to encourage equal participation of all students, particularly girls, in STEM fields. Increased ICT competencies of secondary education and VET teachers

From 17 to 20 September 2024, 30 education specialists participated in the national workshop on Developing Modules on ICT Competency Standards for Pre-Service and In-Service Teacher Training in Tajikistan. Participants worked to develop training materials that will improve teachers' ICT skills, fostering better educational outcomes and preparing educators for modern teaching challenges.
