This project, implemented in partnership with CICADA (Creative Industries of Cambodia Association for Development and Advocacy), aims to advance artistic freedom at the national level in Cambodia by addressing gaps in information that limit the capacity of civil society to effectively advocate for improved policies in relation to cultural and creative industries, in particular the status of the artist.
