The project, implemented in partnership with the National Centre for Arts and Culture (NCAC), supported the elaboration of a regulation operationalizing the National Endowment Fund for Arts and Culture, and contributed to improving the status of female artists and cultural professionals through data collection for evidence-based policymaking and the capacity building of 100 women cultural professionals on economic and labour rights of artists, fair contracts, intellectual property, resources mobilization, and protection from gender-based violence.
