The project, led by CIESAS, focuses on empowering cultural agents (CAs), particularly young people aged 13-25 and women, in two regions of Jalisco, Mexico: Talpa de Allende and San Juan de los Lagos. These regions, known for their significant shrines and pilgrimages, hold substantial cultural, economic and ecological importance.
