The project, implemented in partnership with the Association for the Defense of Women and Peoples, aims at promoting artistic freedom, by providing a safe, educational and creative space for the Angolan artistic community in Luanda where multidisciplinary artists can access information and legal support about their rights and obligations as artists under Angolan law.
