Carbon Neutrality: Our Shared Future
The picture book of 鈥淐arbon Neutrality: Our Shared Future鈥 was jointly developed by UNESCO Regional Office of East Asia and Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development (ICCSD), Tsinghua University under the project of 鈥淎ccelerating Carbon Neutrality: Innovative Actions for Sustainable Development鈥 funded by China Youth Development Foundation Mercedes-Benz Star Fund Funds-in-Trust. The book consists of five chapters introducing climate change, greenhouse effect, carbon neutrality, global climate governance, and the measures that individuals can take for contributing to climate mitigation and adaptation. It aims to empower youth with knowledge of climate change and attitudes of valuing the significance of nature and ecosystem, facilitating changes of mind and behaviors among them.
