This material comprises a box full of educational tools, including a teacher's guide, activity sheets, brochures, teaching resources, and instruction manuals. The material encompasses collective well-being practices, ranging from emotional check-ins and games to activities aimed at helping the school community, especially teachers, integrate activities that promote social cohesion and a sense of belonging. It also communicates activities that facilitate and support collective communication, equips teachers with tools to enhance their practices, and reimagines activities that aid in planning collective actions.

This toolbox is the result of an educational project developed in an emergency context, which was prepared, assessed, and refined in the state of Rio Grande do Sul during June (preparation and needs assessment), July (pilot testing and material development), and August 2024 (material elaboration), following the flooding that occurred in the southern region of Brazil in May of the same year.

The material aims to support and promote teachers' well-being, offering tools and activities that help create a welcoming space while equipping teachers with strategies to restore social cohesion and foster individual and collective well-being.
