Kyrgyzstan Internet Universality Advisory Board meeting

The Multistakeholder Advisory Board MAB meeting on Kyrgyzstan Internet Universality National ROAM-X Assessment will be organized by Media Development Centre and UNESCO Almaty in the Hybrid mode in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

The members of the MAB will discuss the methodology, data sources and means for verification, as well as the responsibility of the researchers and editorial team.

UNESCO鈥檚 International Programme for the Development of Communication IPDC supported the project "Kyrgyzstan: Assessment of Internet Universality 2022" to enhance national policies for inclusive digital transformation and enabling to address the digital and knowledge divides including gender-based divides submitted by Media Development Centre and assisted by UNESCO Almaty.

Indicators

UNESCO鈥檚 Internet Universality Indicators are a set of 303 indicators that aim to assess the state of Internet development at the national level according to the ROAM principles of human Rights, Openness, Accessibility, Multi-stakeholder participation.
