This document aims to contribute to conceptualizing and providing elements for decision-making regarding the construction of frameworks for monitoring educational quality in Latin America and the Caribbean. It will seek to consolidate developments in the field, in order to make available principles and modalities that allow for the strengthening of educational monitoring systems in a comprehensive manner.
