Soenke Ziesche holds a PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Hamburg, Germany, which he received within a Doctoral Program in Artificial Intelligence. He has worked since 2000 for the United Nations in data and information management. He has written various peer-reviewed articles about AI safety and ethics. He has authored for UNESCO Open Data and AI Guidelines for Member States and the ¡°UNESCO State of the Education Report for India 2022: AI in Education¡±, the annual flagship report of UNESCO India.
